Outside Description

Patio doors open out to the lawn where you can soak up the sun, enjoy an alfresco lunch, or take a well-earned siesta. Our indoor hydrotherapy pool is located just across the lawn, opposite Rose Cottage.

Downstairs Description

Downstairs is an impressive oak kitchen which is fitted with all the appliances you might need during your stay, including: two ovens, large 5 burner hob and microwave. The kitchen connects to a spacious dining room which has its own 42” LED TV and a large oak table that seats 12 guests – it’s the perfect space for entertaining and communal dining! The large, comfortable sitting room boasts a stone fireplace with a gas wood burner, a 42" LED TV, DVD player, and a Hi-Fi.

First Floor Description

Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a spacious double room which is fitted with a dresser and a wardrobe. Next door to the double bedroom is luxury bathroom with a luxurious corner bath. The comfortable twin room boasts lovely views of the North Devon countryside, and there is also a single room which is well lit by a Velux window.
