Outside Description

Downstairs Description

There is a bathroom downstairs with a separate bath and shower for maximum comfort on your romantic getaways lake district.
First Floor Description
Open plan living room. It has a handsome view looking right down the length of the river, this is also where the heron can sometimes be spotted.
A clear view wood burner in the middle of the open plan living/kitchen area will keep you snug all year round and there is also a hot tub on the decking from which you can watch the river Lyne and try and spot any fish rising or kingfishers going about their day.
Other Notes
The Hidden River Cabins are unable to get mobile phone coverage due to the secluded location they are set in, there is no wifi in the cabins, however only a short walk from your romantic getaways lake district you should be able to get phone service, dependent on your network.

Given the proximity of Carlisle to the border between England and Scotland, it has been the centre of many wars and invasions.
