Outside Description

There is a large enclosed garden comprising three patio/terrace levels to the rear of the property, complete with two sets of table and chairs for dining outside should you wish to. The patio overlooks the East Lyn River below and is enclosed by glass panels or metal railings. Note, there are steps between the different levels of the terrace, so children should be supervised.

Gas BBQ available to use provided it is cleaned after use.

Downstairs Description

On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room, separate living room, ground floor cloakroom, plus utility room with washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge for drinks.

First Floor Description

On the first floor on the 'kitchen side' of the cottage are 3 bedrooms; one king-side double bed, a twin room, and a single bedroom. The bathroom comprises shower over the bath. On the first floor on the 'living room side', there are two bedrooms; one king-size double bed, and a twin bedroom . The bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower. In addition, all the bedrooms also have their own sink.
