Outside Description

Doors from the kitchen and sitting room both open onto the enclosed courtyard directly behind the property. Table and chairs are provided, with access to a second (outside) toilet.

Just across the quiet lane, a 5-bar gate opens into the lawned garden area, which is for the private use of Robin's Brook guests. One side of the lawn is borded by the stream which runs down the far side of the garden and therefore children must be supervised at all times. The garden also has a picnic table and a lovely view of Hurlestone Down.

Downstairs Description

Downstairs there is a cosy lounge and separate dining room, both with open fires. There's a TV, DVD, loads of books and games for rainy days and lazy evenings in front of the fire. Both rooms have views across the combe. The kitchen is to the rear of the cottage and is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge (with ice box), microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is the bathroom, comprising shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin. The two bedrooms are also upstairs, one double bed and one twin room, both have views to the front of the cottage and you can hear the stream running alongside the garden at the front.

Other Notes

Bed linen, towels or tea towels are NOT provided, please bring your own. The double bed is a standard 4'6 with double duvet and the singles are standard 3'6 singled beds with single duvets. Mattress and pillow protectors are provided.
