Downstairs Description

Our estate hamlet sits at the head of a country lane where just after the drive entrance the lane turns to bridle path and then to woodland walks so wonderful for free-range children.

The properties in the hamlet work well together with a function room and some properties all on one level for those who may be less mobile. Suitable for multi-generational groups and reunions it's perfect for being together but giving your own space when needed.

This Hamlet benefits from exclusive use of our banqueting property (dines 30) for private dining where everyone can enjoy dining and socializing together. Alternatively, please discuss your seating requirements

First Floor Description

Saw Barn, function room, is complete with a kitchen and cloakroom. All cutlery, crockery and glassware for 30 diners.
