Outside Description

There is a small patio garden to the rear of Rebecca House which is enclosed with some cafe-style seating. There is private parking for one car in a allocated bay and parking at the front of the cottage too by the quiet roadside. For a 3rd car, you can park it down by the riverbank which is just a 50 yards walk away.

Downstairs Description

Lounge A bright and spacious lounge with a large bay window overlooking a small garden with a wood burning’ effect stove provides a lovely focal point but not needed for heat, as there is efficient central heating throughout the house.

The hallway runs the length of the cottage from the front door to the back door and has Amtico wood-effect flooring throughout the hall and lounge. Just off the hallway is a cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin.

Comprehensively equipped with everything you require for self-catering, including a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee-maker.

First Floor Description

Double Bedroom with En-suite Shower Room A spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and an en suite shower room with WC, hand basin and walk-in double cubicle with power shower.

Twin Bedroom with En-suite Bathroom Two single beds, plenty of wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath.

Second Floor Description

King-size Bedroom with En-suite Shower Room An attractive and spacious room with a king-size bed (5′ wide), plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and an en suite shower WC, hand basin and shower cubicle with power shower.

Other Notes

Wi-fi is provided in the cottage, however it cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party, so it may go down at times or the speed not be as fast as you may be used to at home, which is outside of the cottage owner’s control. If wi-fi is essential for you – to keep in touch with work for instance – then we recommend that you bring your own mobile dongle as a backup in case of any connection issues, or be prepared to use local wi-fi hotspots such as pubs, cafe’s etc. if necessary.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs welcome for a small charge of £20 per holiday. Dog sitting services available. Booking conditions apply. Dogs must be at least 1 yr old, are not permitted on the furniture or beds or to be left unattended in the cottage.
Child Friendly: One baby welcome. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available upon request.
