Outside Description

All guests have access to two acres of gardens including a lily pond, lawn with picnic tables, giant BBQ and games room with table tennis, small pool table and table football. In the summer we set up croquet on the lawn and football goals in the field. There is car free access across our fields to the bridleways and footpaths of Exmoor National Park.

Downstairs Description

The lounge area has two three seater sofas, oak dining table and six chairs, 32″ TV with SKY Freeview and DVD player. Fireplace with a cast iron electric stove and two radiators.

On the same floor is a small bunk bedroom leading from the lounge with full-sized bunks and radiator. We advise this room is booked for children only.

There’s a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric hob and oven, ample china, pots and pans, kettle, toaster etc. Tea towels, washing up liquid, surface cleaner and washing powder are provided.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there is one double and one twin bedroom each with quality beds made up for your arrival with fresh cotton bed linen. Heating is provided by radiators in both bedrooms, on the landing and in the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Towels and loo rolls are provided.
