Downstairs Description

This bright, south-west facing room looks out to the garden and also has French doors leading onto the patio. The dining table seats up to eight and leads through to the lounge.

The downstairs lounge faces out to the front of Puffin View House and out to the headland. The lounge is open plan to the kitchen and features a corner sofa, snuggle seat and armchair.

The cloakroom WC has a wash basin and WC.

First Floor Description

Lounge/Snug This bright and airy lounge has a furnished balcony out to the front of the house with seating for two, making the most of the gorgeous sea views and views out to Coquet Island.
