Outside Description

The enclosed, lawned garden is east facing so benefits most from the sun in a morning. A table with 6 chairs is provided and the garden is fairly private within this peaceful development.

Downstairs Description

The kitchen is bright and airy and contains all of the usual appliances. The shaker-style kitchen has granite surfaces and features a fridge/freezer, electric fan oven and grill, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Kenwood espresso coffee machine. The oak dining table seats up to 6 and looks onto the private garden.

The spacious and inviting lounge features a beautiful stone fireplace with gas ‘wood-burning effect’ fire.

Utility Room and Cloakroom Positioned just off the kitchen, the utility room is a useful space for dogs to sleep at night because there is a back door leading straight outside.

First Floor Description

The main bedroom has a king size bed (5ft wide). The en suite contains a shower cubicle (step up to the cubicle), WC and wash basin. Complimentary Temple Spa toiletries provided.

Second Bedroom This large bedroom contains a king size bed (5ft wide)

Third Bedroom This room is cosy with two full-size single beds (3ft wide)

Family Bathroom Bath with attachment, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Dogs Welcome: Three well-behaved dogs (no bigger than a Labrador) are welcome at Puffin Cottage for a small charge of £20 each.
