Outside Description

The spacious garden runs to the side and front of the cottage. Outside seating and a barbecue is provided and there is a patio outside the French doors into the kitchen, so dining al fresco in the warmer months would be a delight. The garden also features a walled (raised level) pond, which has been netted for safety.

A gravelled off-road parking area is situated at the end of the garden, inside the double gates. There is room for two or three cars. A footpath leads from the parking area to the front door.

Downstairs Description

The front door opens into the hallway; a large sitting room is to the right, there are two armchairs, a three-seater sofa, plus a selection of games and puzzles in the storage bench with comfy cushions. The kitchen-dining room is to the left of the hallway, and is fitted with all new appliances. French doors lead onto a patio area beside the cottage, making al fresco dining a breeze. There is a downstairs toilet with hand basin off the hallway as well.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there is a long hallway with two bedrooms off it, both have en-suite shower rooms consisting of toilet, hand basin and shower. One bedroom has a double bed and other has twin beds. Please note, there is no bath.

Windows Views Description

The windows of the property overlook the garden.

Other Notes

It's a short walk into Porlock village from Plum Tree Cottage. There is a footpath that avoids the main road.
