Kitchen-dining room with electric induction hob and double electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and large pine dining suite. Sun room with comfortable seating, TV and door to courtyard. Shower room with shower, toilet and basin and utility area with washing machine and freezer.

First Floor Description

Bedroom 1 with King-sized bed and vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has twin bed. The family bathroom comprises bath, electric shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Windows Views Description

The windows at the front of the house overlook the garden and the street, there are distance sea glimpses from the master bedroom. The windows to the rear take in the hills in the distance.

Other Notes

A security deposit of £150 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.
