There’s also an impressive oak-fronted structure to give shelter if you’d like to move your furniture under cover. You can continue using this outdoor space after dark too thanks to all the atmospheric lanterns and a floodlight. Access is via the property’s back door and a gate from the parking area.
Downstairs Description
The ground floor boasts wood-effect floor tiles with underfloor heating, and the entrance (with automatic lighting) leads towards the well-appointed kitchen, with adjoining sun room; spacious living room; utility (with washing machine and a tumble drier), and a cloakroom. The Kitchen; Blending contemporary and traditional touches with its grey units, pale quartz worktops, state-of-the-art appliances and central island, this space is more than just somewhere to cook.
Sun Room; Equipped with all your cooking and eating essentials. In pride of place is a large double-sided wood-burner set in a brick chimney breast, on the other side of which is the sun room. The log burner keeps everyone toasty, the arched windows offer expansive views across the fields.
This ground-floor bedroom is wheelchair-friendly, and it’s also the only bedroom with its own TV. The shower contains a seat and grab rails, and the tiled wood-effect floor is underfloor heated.
First Floor Description
All bedrooms feature high spec fittings, with luxurious bed linen, towels and toiletries, and elegant décor befitting the ‘manor house’ style. All rooms possess large mirrors, dressing tables, carefully chosen touches for your comfort including lamps and chairs, built-in or freestanding storage space for clothing and other belongings, hairdryers, and en-suite bathrooms.
Second Floor Description
Bedroom with Velux window, hand-made shelves and hanging rail, and en-suite with shower and single basin, this room offers a cosy and quiet retreat. Beech; Very similar features to Oak with en-suite and Velux window but sporting a sophisticated deep grey colour scheme, you’re guaranteed a peaceful nights sleep tucked away on the top floor of the house.
Windows Views Description
Pasture House is surrounded by arable fields in the centre of the East Yorkshire countryside, you'll be able to do some bird and wildlife spotting whilst relaxing in the peaceful, luxury grounds.
Other Notes
There is a sleeps 4 property, The Stables, a stones throw away but completely separate and private hot tub/garden is detached. Both properties can be booked together to sleep 16 in total if this is something of interest.
