The patio garden is east facing and benefits from beautiful sunshine on a morning. It’s furnished with a table and chairs and has access straight to the lawned riverbank.

Entrance hall. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Leading to the dining kitchen.

Kitchen/dining room with electric fan-assisted oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee-machine. French doors lead out to the furnished patio overlooking the grassy riverbank.

First Floor Description

Spacious lounge with views out to the river, large flat screen TV with DVD, library of books and CD’s. Free Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

Bedroom 2 – Twins or Superking Two full size (3ft wide) single beds with luxury pocket sprung mattresses which can be converted to a super-king size (6ft wide) bed (for adults only) upon request

Family Bathroom Serving bedrooms 2 and 3, with bath, mains shower over the bath wash hand basin and WC. Complimentary luxury White Company toiletries provided.

Second Floor Description

Master Bedroom with En suite Shower Room A spacious room with pretty river views, king size (5ft wide) bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress, large flat screen TV with DVD player. Plenty of fitted storage space and an en suite shower room with shower.

Bunk Bed Room A spacious room with 2 full size bunk beds (3ft wide) suitable for children age 12 and under.

Other Notes

One small dog is permitted at Owl Cottage at the owners discretion. There is parking for 1 car on the driveway at Owl Cottage and additional cars can be parked in the parking bays on the riverbank just 30 yards from the cottage.
