There is private parking for 3-4 cars to the front of the property.

Drawing room with Victorian upholstered sofa and armchairs, open fire, small TV with Freeview, Bose sound dock, books and games. Door to patio and front garden.

First Floor Description

Bedroom five is the children’s room with bunk beds, chest of drawers and additional pull-out, truckle bed if required. Please note use of the truckle bed must be specified at time of booking as otherwise it will not be made up.

Other Notes

Access to the property is via a restricted access/farm road which is uneven in parts. Please contact us if you have any concerns about winter access.

The area around the farmhouse is farmland with grazing livestock and care should be taken to ensure that dogs are fully controlled and on leads when walking around the area.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept to the kitchen and boot room/utility areas only. While the rear garden is fully enclosed please note that that there are two field gates which dogs could escape through.
