Directly outside the door to Orchard House Barn is a pretty courtyard area with seating for two. Although adjacent to the owner’s house, this south-facing courtyard is for your use only.

The entrance into Orchard House Barn is directly from the pretty patio area (up four steps) entering via the lobby/laundry room, perfect for taking off muddy boots and drying off a wet dog!

Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room With a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, this open plan area is elegantly airy yet still cosy, lending itself perfectly to any season. The large wood burning stove is the focal point of the room with its beautiful antique pine surround. An initial supply of logs is provided between October and April.

The luxury bespoke-fitted kitchen is stylish and contemporary, with the latest stainless steel appliances and natural granite work surfaces.

Bedroom with En Suite A beautifully decorated and furnished room with a vaulted ceiling and super-king size (6ft wide) bed that can be converted into two full-size single (3ft wide) beds upon request.

Spacious fully tiled luxury en-suite bathroom containing a bath with a shower over.

Other Notes

Only 1 small dog (no bigger than a spaniel) is permitted at the barn, although 2 toy-sized dogs may be accommodated by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss. No children are able to be accommodated at the barn.
