To the front of the house – which is south-facing – which is a traditional townhouse garden there is additional garden seating, perfect for sitting out in the warmer months and very much a sun trap as its south-facing.

Feature ornamental Arts and Crafts fireplace in the lounge with ornamental gas fire (a real wood burning stove is in the dining room).

The lounge leads to an open plan dining room with a wood burning stove. With an original Arts and Crafts solid oak table seating 6, it’s perfect for socialising with friends and family.

This cottage is ideal for a couple or a group of adults and not suitable for children under 10. Pets are not permitted at No. 1 Duke Street.
