Outside Description

A small patio table and two chairs are located just outside the patio doors in the enclosed garden area, which has a paved area as well as lawn, and is available solely for guests' use.

The property is detached and set across the drive from the owners home and guest house. There is also a stabling across the yard from the bungalow.

Downstairs Description

Off the living room is bedroom with king-size bed (or twin) and the separate bathroom comprises a bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin.

Other Notes

This property is not suitable for children but a baby/infant that sleeps in a cot is welcome; cot and/or high chair can be provided on request.
