Outside Description

There is a lovely south-facing patio garden to the rear of the property which is accessed directly from the kitchen/diner. With a table and seating for 8 guests, it is an ideal place to enjoy Alfresco dining after a day exploring the coast.

There is private parking for 3 cars on the drive at the front of the house.

Downstairs Description

Lounge A lovely spacious room decorated to a high standard with quality furniture and soft furnishings. Providing seating for up to 8 guests which is arranged around a cosy log burner, perfect for winter nights.

Kitchen/Dining Room This stunning bright room spans the width of the building and has a large wooden dining table seating 8 guests, Velux windows allowing light to fill the space and bi-folding doors leading out to the south-facing patio garden area. At the opposite side of this spacious room is the kitchen.

Utility Room

The second lounge provides the perfect area for children to have their own space to play, read and watch TV.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom is spacious with luxurious fixtures and fittings with super-king size bed (6ft wide).

The en-suite has a walk-in rainfall shower, bath with a separate hose attachment.

Family Bathroom

Second Bedroom with En-suite Located at the front of the property this gorgeous room has a pretty king-size (5ft wide).

The stunning en-suite has a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.

Third Bedroom Another light room at the rear of the property with a king-size bed (5ft wide)

Fourth Bedroom A lovely bright bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and Velux windows.
