The dining kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped for self catering holidays. It boasts an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a large dining table. Patio doors lead to the terrace, complete with outdoor dining set for al fresco meals or just to enjoy a glass of wine while boat-watching.

First Floor Description

The first floor lounge is spacious and tranquil, the double doors leading to the balcony capture and frame the stunning harbour views perfectly. The lounge has been decorated to give a lovely warm feel with two large sofas for you to sink back into and unwind.

Kingsize room and the ground floor has a flexible room that can be setup as either a king or twin room with ensuite shower room – there is a further family bathroom on the top floor and downstairs cloakroom/WC.

Second Floor Description

There is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room, a single bedroom (with extra single futon bed) and a bunk room (suitable for children only) on the top floor.

Some of the bedrooms also have sinks.

Other Notes

The property is set over three floors and doesn't have a lift, so stairs are involved.

There are travel cots and a high chair available for parents travelling with little ones. You must provide your own cot bedding but we can set them up ready for your arrival.
