Outside Description

The garden is south west facing and bordered by trees to the west side. It wraps around the house in an ‘L’ shape and consists of decorative gravel with planted pots and a furnished patio area. This area is fully enclosed for children and dogs. Please note that the BBQ shown in the image below will not be available from Jan 2018 but you are welcome to bring your own portable BBQ to use on the gravel.

Downstairs Description

Entrance hall. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Cupboard with a selection of games and toys. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Stair gates are available at the ground and first floor levels only (ie. infants and toddlers should stay on the first floor rather than the second floor).

Bright and spacious lounge with a large bay window and a wonderful room to relax and unwind in with the family.

The kitchen/dining room has been decorated with love and care and is perfect for dining with family and friends. It’s equipped with everything you need to dine in. There’s a fully glazed door which leads to the enclosed courtyard garden.

First Floor Description

Bedroom 2 - A bright and spacious room. King size (5ft wide) bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress and luxury bed linen.

Bedroom 3 – Twin Room Two full size (3ft wide) single beds with luxury pocket-sprung mattresses which can be converted to a super king size (6ft wide) bed upon request (for adults only).

Family Bathroom Serving bedrooms 2 and 3 on the first floor, with bath, mains shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC.

Second Floor Description

Master Bedroom with En-suite Shower Room A very spacious room occupying the whole of the 2nd floor. King size (5ft wide) leather bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress, large flat screen TV with DVD and Freeview (much larger than TV shown below).

Spacious and bright en-suite shower room with a double size shower cubicle, mains shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and a lovely view of Warkworth Castle through the Velux window.
