Completely enclosed, private and a sun trap, the furnished patio garden is ideal for warm days and balmy evenings, perfect for relaxing. The main table and chairs provide seating for six, with an additional café-style table and chairs. While there is no grass, the area is finished with gravel.

Downstairs Description

From the front door, there’s a small porch for leaving shoes. The hallway leads to Bedrooms 2 and 3, the shower room, bathroom, and utility room.

Bedroom 2 Has twin beds (3ft wide each) as standard, or can be made up as a 6ft super-king on request (please request at booking). Served by the shower room opposite.

Bedroom 3 Set up as a 6ft super-king as standard, can be changed to twins on request (please request at booking). Served by the Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bathroom Accessible from Bedroom 3 and the hallway. Features a shower over bath, wash basin, WC, and heated towel rail.

Shower Room Opposite Bedroom 2, compact and fully tiled with a walk-in shower.

Utility Room Ideal for dogs to sleep and storing coats/shoes. Includes sink, ample storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

First Floor Description

Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor, which is completely open-plan and comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. French doors open out to the patio.

This bright and spacious kitchen has windows on three sides and is perfect for a family to relax together. The lounge features comfortable leather sofas and an armchair to sink into.

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with granite worktops and a large fridge/freezer. It looks out to the patio, creating a light and airy feel. The dining area has a modern round glass table with seating for six.

Second Floor Description

Stairs from the open-plan living area lead to the master bedroom on the second floor, complete with en suite shower room.

Master Bedroom Occupying the entire second floor, the master bedroom is bright and neutrally decorated, with a fresh interior. Crisp white linens and fluffy towels add to the 'hotel' feel of the room. The bed is king-size (5ft wide), and there is ample storage space with a large chest of drawers and wardrobe cupboards.

En Suite Shower Room En suite to the master bedroom, the shower room features a walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Other Notes

Please bring your own coals for the BBQ. A basket of logs will be provided for the wood-burning stove for holidays taken between October and April only. Further supplies are available locally. No children under eight years of age. Children age 8 and over are welcome.
