Outside Description

Jasper Cottage has a south-facing patio area directly beside the property with picnic bench (not enclosed) and BBQ. Plus a large shared garden and BBQ for guests sole use.

A children's play area complete with climbing frame, wendy house and picnic table is available for guests to use within the grounds.

The farm has more than 50 acres of ancient woodland, bubbling rivers and wild terrain to explore, should you wish to. In addition to this, it sits within Exmoor National Park.

Downstairs Description

The stairs lead downstairs to both bedrooms on the lower ground floor. Both bedrooms have zip-link beds so can be made up as twin beds or super-king double beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and the other bathroom has a 'jack and jill' entrance (entrance door from the bedroom and from the corridor area) and comprises both a bath and shower, as well as toilet and hand basin.

First Floor Description

External stone steps with handrail lead up to the entrance door, which opens straight into the open-plan living area on the first floor, complete with with wood-burner, dining table and chairs, comfortable seating, and kitchen area.
