Downstairs Description

he front entrance door opens into a small porch, leading directly into the sitting room with coastal views and an open fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings in!

Through to the dining area, there is also a wood-burner here, and the open-plan kitchen extension beyond. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped including an electric range cooker with oven and 5 hobs, dishwasher, freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine. Other items include toaster, kettle, a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. At the far end of the kitchen double doors open into the terraced patio-style courtyard garden.

First Floor Description

Stairs lead from the dining room up to the first floor where the three bedrooms are, one of the double bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling and an en-suite bathroom (comprising, bath, toilet and hand basin). There is a second double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. The family shower room has a large walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is a travel cot if required, high chair and stair gates provided in the cottage (please bring your own bedding for the cot). A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
