Outside Description

Horner Cottage has a patio area directly beside the cottage which is gravelled. Both the front door and French doors from the kitchen open onto this area with picnic bench. The property also has a grass area with comfortable loungers. The garden is fenced around the perimeter. There is a pedestrian gate at the end of the garden leading over a small bridge into the fields - there is a right of way along the hedge-line leading to the woodland on the lower slopes of Dunkery.

Downstairs Description

The entrance door opens up into a large hallway - plenty of room for coats and boots, etc. The spacious sitting room and kitchen within dining table are on either side of the hallway.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there is one large double bedroom with bathroom attached. The bathroom comprises bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

Windows Views Description

The views from the windows are over the garden and then the fields beyond.

Other Notes

Please note, the water supply comes from a local natural spring. There is no mobile phone signal in Luccombe, but wifi is included at the cottage.
