The lounge area has patio doors leading onto a large roof garden with uninterrupted far reaching views across the bay from the fishing harbour to St Michael's Mount and beyond.
The property offers parking for one car. For more than 1 car there is a free car park a short distance away.

There are two super king sized beds or twins as required and one standard double. Under floor heating in the master and middle en suites and heated towel rails.

There is a comfortable lounge with a unique feature fireplace,smart TV (inc. netflix) and DVD player, wifi,radio/cd,games & books &DVD/CD library. It is centrally heated for all year round use.
The kitchen is fully equipped inc. dishwasher, microwave,washing machine, dryer, fridge & freezer, cottage belfast sink etc. etc

Not suitable for children under 7 years of age due to its unique position on the rocks.
