Outside Description

The enclosed rear garden is absolutely beautiful and very large – one of the most impressive features of Hassock House. There is a BBQ provided for guest use (type TBC) on the patio areas only to protect the grass. The children’s climbing frame has a slide, climbing wall, telescope and small table and chairs for children. Lockable storage is available in the garden shed for bikes, surfboards, and any other sporting equipment you may want to bring with you.

Downstairs Description

The inner door from the porch takes you straight into the snug room. The stunning exposed stone and wooden beam inglenook, housing a real wood burning stove makes this room very cosy and welcoming.

The main lounge is also at the front of the house with large windows over looking the fields across the road.

The kitchen at Hassock House is very large, almost the full width of the house.

The dining area contains a large table with 8 chairs. There is also additional soft seating, with a 3 seater sofa in the corner of the room, a Smart TV with Netflix account provided and a portable Bluetooth speaker.

Main Bedroom, ‘Low Newton’ With 5 windows and a quirky alcove, this room offers triple aspect views looking across the fields opposite and beyond. The room contains a kingsize bed.

Second Bedroom, ‘The Cheviots’ It contains a king size bed,.

The en-suite to the second bedroom again has a large double shower.

The family bathroom contains a shower over the bath.
