Outside Description

The back garden of Harebell House is fully enclosed when the side gate is shut and is fairly private with fencing around the perimeter. There is a large lawn with an outside dining table and 6 stools, and a bistro set to seat two on the patio area. The side access is very handy for entering the property via the utility room rather than the front door door after a brisk walk in the countryside or fun day out at the beach. There is an outdoor dinner set provided in the utility room for an alfresco evening meal, or an afternoon garden picnic.

Downstairs Description

Just off the hallway is a ground floor WC with wash basin, towel rail, mirror and shelf space.

Off the entrance hall to the left is the bright yet cosy living room with large south-east facing windows allows ample natural light to flow in and looks on to the front garden of the property.

Situated at the back of the house, the large modern kitchen is very impressive. With a large bay window looking into the back garden and additional window above the sink and bench area, the room is bright and airy. The dining table has seating for 6 guests and the dining area also contains a console table with a lamp and large mirror above and a built in wine rack.

The kitchen is very well equipped

The handy utility room is just off from the kitchen and contains another full-size sink, washer/dryer.

First Floor Description

Main Bedroom With a south-east facing window looking onto the front garden and king size bed (5ft wide)

The second bedroom is also at the front of the house with a south facing window and has double size (4ft 6 wide) and an en-suite shower room with a large, walk-in shower

The third bedroom is at the back of the house, looking onto the pretty back garden. The room contains two full-size single beds (3ft wide)

The family bathroom has a luxurious deep bath, separate large walk in rainfall shower with additional hand-held attachment
