Outside Description

Marie, the owner, keeps a wild garden with some beautiful sculptures hidden away and of course her flower and vegetable patch. The garden is every bit interesting as it is beautiful, and can be appreciated by all walks of life. The private patio leads from the lounge and has a table and chairs for 4 and a parasol too. Whilst neither space is enclosed, there is a cattle grid out to the road, deterring animals from entering or leaving.

Private parking has been allocated for 1 car around 30 yards from the front door of Grey Hens.

Downstairs Description

The kitchen stands out mainly for it’s unique colour of the units. Inspired by the surrounding greenery, the kitchen mixes contemporary with a floral and fauna twist.

Towards the end of the barn you’ll find a modern, Scandi-style wood-burning stove (with initial supply of logs provided from Oct-April),

The large sofa and additional roomy armchair leave plenty of space for you both to stretch out and relax after enjoying a dip in the bath or a long walk.

Bedroom The very spacious bedroom houses a 4 poster king size bed (5ft wide)

The luxurious bathroom contains a dusky pink roll top bath.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at Grey Hens for a small charge of £20 each. Dog sitting services available
