Outside Description
There's a private patio directly outside the property with seating and wonderful views and a vovered balcony on the first floor. There is also a secure shared garden for exclusive use of guests of the 3 cottages (Gamekeeper's Cottage and two neighbouring holiday cottages, each sleeping 2).
Gamekeeperr's Cottage provides a peaceful escape, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beautiful Exmoor countryside.
Downstairs Description
The well-equipped kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals. A very spacious bedroom at the rear offers flexible sleeping with a kingsize and single bed and a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower completes the ground floor facilities.
First Floor Description
The first floor is accessed by a narrow and steep, spiral staircase (low headroom). At the front a glazed door leads to a large veranda that offers amazing views along the valley and toward the sea. At the rear is a twin-bedded room.

- Lundy Island: The particular character of Lundy derives from its varied terrain; on the west side, exposed to the Atlantic, there are high and rugged cliffs, on the east, sheltered from the prevailing wind, the coastline is gentler with grassy slopes, trees and many types of wild flowers.
