Outside Description
The pretty garden is well-cared for and has a patio with a table and chairs and a lawned area beyond. There’s a lockable shed in the garden which is perfect for storing bikes, as the garden can be accessed from the front of the property too so you can wheel them round. The garden is enclosed, but the garden overlooks a field with livestock, so you may have the occasional horse or sheep pay you a little visit by sticking their head over the fence!
Downstairs Description
The cosy lounge has been lovingly restored, retaining the wonderfully rustic exposed-stone inglenook fireplace. The wood-burning stove emits a great amount of heat to this small and cosy room.
The kitchen is large for the size of the house, the owner loves to cook, so you’ll find it particularly well-stocked for dining in!
he dining table seats 6 and overlooks the pretty patio and lawned garden beyond via French windows.
Bedroom one is located at the front of the house with a window looking out to the front. The bed is double (4ft 6″ wide).
The second bedroom is opposite the family bathroom and has twin single beds (3ft wide).
This traditional bathroom has a gorgeous roll-top bath, meant for a long soak after a brisk walk along the coast. There’s a shower cubicle with a slight-step, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
