Outside Description

All guests have access to two acres of gardens including a lily pond, lawn with picnic tables, giant BBQ and games room with table tennis, small pool table and table football. In the summer we set up croquet on the lawn and football goals in the field. There is car free access across our fields to the bridleways and footpaths of Exmoor National Park.

Downstairs Description

Lounge: There are two sofas and rustic pine furnishings alongside a dining table for two (more chairs can be provided for guests). Come back in from a bracing Exmoor walk and the electric log-effect fire will provide an immediate cosy feel. Entertainment is provided by a 25″ TV equipped with Freeview and a DVD player.

Kitchen: It's well-appointed with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer box, kettle and toaster. A comprehensive collection of china, cookware, and utensils is provided. For your convenience, we've stocked tea towels, washing up liquid, soap, and surface cleaner.

Bedroom: The en-suite twin room is furnished with comfy beds prepped with fresh cotton linens and duvets for your arrival. Bathroom: Equipped with a bath and an overhead shower and supplied with towels and loo rolls.
