Outside Description

The large landscaped gardens have a large lawn and the grounds are fully enclosed once the entrance gate is closed, but not necessarily secure for small dogs as the gate is wrought iron. There is a gate leading to the medieval Ember Path, which leads to the river in one direction and up to Warkworth Castle in the other.

Downstairs Description

On the ground floor, the property benefits from a lounge, sun room, open-plan kitchen/dining room and spacious utility room and small laundry area with a WC, ideal for an extended and/or multi-generational family.

First Floor Description

The four bedrooms consist of three double rooms (2 x super king rooms, 1 king size room) and one twin bedroom. Two of the bedrooms each have their own en suite, and the remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge of £20 each per holiday
Child Friendly: Due to several features within the property and garden, children over the age of 10 months and under the age of 14 years cannot be accommodated at Emberside. Two infants welcome.
