Outside Description

There are pedestrian gates on both of the garden path entrances and the garden is fenced. The garage can also be used to store car, bicycles or other outdoor equipment securely should you wish to use it.

Downstairs Description

The sitting room and dining room are situated at the front of the property and have excellent coastal views. The kitchen is to the rear, with utility leading to the spacious downstairs bedroom, which has twin beds. There is a downstairs toilet also

First Floor Description

Upstairs there is a family bathroom comprising a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. There is a separate shower room with toilet and hand basin. The further bedrooms are a good size with the two front bedrooms having superb coastal views, both with double beds. Overlooking the rear garden is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe.
