East House sits in a large lawned private garden with access onto wider parkland. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed. Outside seating and a gas barbecue are available.

Kitchen with Rangemaster cooker with ten burner gas hob, microwave, large fridge with ice maker. A chest freezer can be made available in an adjoining outbuilding. Lazzia coffee machine, dishwasher. Rectory table with seating for ten. Large wood burning stove.

First Floor Description

Bedroom one which is the master bedroom with fixed super king bed. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower over with rainforest head.

Family bathroom with bath with shower over.

Bedroom four with king size bed. En-suite bathroom with large shower unit.

Bedroom five with full size 3’ bunk beds, and a separate 3’ single bed.

Other Notes

A door to the right of bedroom five leads directly down to the snug on the ground floor. Please note that this stair is very steep but the door can be locked for the safety of children.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Guests are requested to keep their dogs to the boot room, snug and kitchen only. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed. There is an outside tap for cleaning.
