Outside Description

There is a patio area directly outside the cottage (not enclosed) with a table and chairs for enjoying a drink or soaking up the view.

The property is approached via 3/4 mile private drive, which is shared with the owners who live next door.

Nearby footpaths lead up onto the moors and right up to Dunkery Beacon, while another leads down into the valley. There are many options for walking directly from the door.

Downstairs Description

The entrance to the property is via the hall with space for coats and boots, etc. Then straight into the living room which has a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings on the sofa. The dining table comfortably seats four and is by the entrance to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large electric range oven and hob, microwave, cookware, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with King sized bed, and one twin room. The bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin.

Windows Views Description

Views across the valley and open countryside.

For insurance reasons, guests are asked to keep to the driveway or signposted footpaths.

Dogs are welcome (2 max, £15 supplement per dog). The patio is not enclosed so dogs will need to be kept on leads and/or supervised as they are likely to go exploring!
