Outside Description

All guests have access to two acres of gardens including a lily pond, lawn with picnic tables, giant BBQ and games room with table tennis, small pool table and table football. In the summer we set up croquet on the lawn and football goals in the field. There is car free access across our fields to the bridleways and footpaths of Exmoor National Park.

Downstairs Description

The lounge has a comfortable three piece suite, stone fireplace with an electric cast iron log effect fire plus two radiators. There is a 32″ TV with SKY Freeview and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, ample china, pots and pans. Tea towels, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher powder and a surface cleaner are provided.

First Floor Description

Upstairs to a landing, one double and one twin bedroom. Both have radiators. Each bedroom has quality beds which are made up for your arrival with fresh cotton linen. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Other Notes

Please note there is no space for a cot in Dunkery Cottage.
