The private garden is accessed via a glazed door from the lounge. There’s a table and chairs on the paved patio area and a lovely lawn, bordered by pretty shrubs.

Downstairs Description

The open plan living area has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen Smart TV and a lovely living-flame gas fire. The luxury kitchen is contemporary and is comprehensively stocked with all the usual appliances, including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. A French window leads directly to the spacious lawned garden with table and chairs for enjoying the weather.

A beautifully decorated and furnished room with a king size bed (5ft wide), beautiful quality bed linen, luxury mattress and plenty of storage space. Luxury towels and a hairdryer provided. Blackout curtains or blinds are provided for lovely large window. A fully glazed door leads directly to the garden from the bedroom.

The luxury bathroom is fully tiled in natural Travertine marble with top quality fixtures. There is a wash-basin, WC, bath and mains shower over the bath. A skylight provides plenty of natural light.
