Outside Description

To the rear of the cottage, there is a large, beautifully landscaped garden which is part decked and part lawned. There is a pretty summer house with rattan armchairs to bring out in the warmer months – perfect for chilling out with a glass of wine – and you can see the sea from the garden too. In the centre of the garden there is a wooden play area for children, as well as a large round picnic-style table with benches.

At the front of the cottage there is a lawned front garden, which is not enclosed, and a path leading to the cottage.

Downstairs Description

The lounge is beautifully finished with a relaxed, coastal theme. The corner sofa at one end of the room overlooks the rear garden.

The other end of the lounge has another seated area opposite the huge window, overlooking the garden and with views out to sea.

There is also a fabulous wood burning stove with an initial supply of logs provided between October and April.

A very comfortable room, the sun room has a large corner sofa opposite a large window letting in plenty of light.

The modern dining kitchen has seating for up to 6 as well as a breakfast bar island with 2 comfortable high stools. The kitchen has all the equipment you should need, including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Accessed from the kitchen, providing additional work surface space, a second sink, a washer/dryer and plenty of space to hang wet coats, this room also has a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor Description

Master Bedroom with views out to sea. King-size bed (5ft wide). The contemporary en suite shower room has a large walk-in shower.

A beautifully furnished and decorated room with full-size twin single beds (3ft wide) and lovely side sea view.

The spacious family bathroom has a bath with mains shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Other Notes

Parking for 2 additional cars outside the cottage is fine so long as there is no obstruction to any other the neighboring properties.

An initial supply of logs are provided between October and April only.

Mobile signal in Craster is poor so a house telephone is provided.
