Outside Description

The large, lawned garden is north facing, but as the development is not built up, the garden benefits from the sun all day long. There is a table and seating for 5 in the garden and it is enclosed. The fence is a 4ft fence not 6ft. There is a gate at the very bottom of the garden for being able to return from woodland walks.

The driveway has enough parking for 2 cars, but further parking within the development for 2 more cars. We ask that only 1 car is parked in the space in front of the cottage to ensure neighbours can easily reach their parking spots.

The luxury kitchen with exposed beams has granite worktops and an island for relaxed dining. Lounge From the marble floor kitchen you can reach the solid oak lounge (2 steps down) through oak-framed glass doors. Master Bedroom This huge bedroom has two steps up from the hallway, and has a king size bed (5ft wide) The en suite has a large walk-in shower, WC, basin, mirrored cabinet and heated towel rail.
