Outside Description

The kitchen door opens directly into a private walled courtyard, providing the perfect spot to eat alfresco.

There is a private courtyard adjacent to the cottage and access to a stock-free and fenced meadow immediately behind the property.

The cottage is situated in outstanding walking country and for the more energetic there are coastal, woodland and moorland walks served by a network of superb paths almost from the door!

Downstairs Description

The cottage has a very bright and spacious feel, downstairs is the kitchen with dining area, a separate living room with floor to ceiling windows, and bathroom with shower over the bath.

The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

A television, DVD player and CD player is provided in the living room plus a second television in the bedroom and wireless broadband is available throughout the property.

A travel cot and/or high chair is available; please request them when booking so we can make sure they are present for your arrival.

First Floor Description

Upstairs the double bedroom (king-sized bed) enjoys superb views across the garden, Porlock Vale, to the sea and beyond.

Other Notes

Coachman’s Cottage is situated between Porlock and Porlock Weir. The property is set back from the road and accessed via a private drive (shared only with the owners property, which is next door).
