Outside Description

The gardens are a delight, private and enclosed, with wonderful sea views across just one field to the coastline.

There is plenty of space for sitting outside and garden furniture is provided.

Direct access to the beach (private pedestrian route, further details provided in the property).

Downstairs Description

A spacious lounge. Though to the modern kitchen-dining area, double doors open onto a large terrace running along the side of the house, with outside seating and idyllic uninterrupted sea views towards Porlock Weir. The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, this bedroom has an en-suite shower room (comprising walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin) and there there is a separate cloakroom (toilet with hand basin) on the ground floor also.

First Floor Description

Stairs lead from the lounge up to the games area and the other bedrooms (two king-size double beds and bunk-beds) one bedroom has an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin), plus a family bathroom, comprising bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. Note, one of the double bedrooms is accessed via the bedroom with bunk-beds, hence this set-up works well for parents/children.
