Downstairs Description

The cosy lounge has dual-aspect windows looking out to the front and back gardens. The electric wood-burning.

The open-plan kitchen leads to the veranda of the west-facing garden via French doors.

The dining table seats up to 8 and there are two stools at the breakfast bar. The dining area sits adjacent to the French doors leading out to the garden, so on sunny days you can make the most of the warm sun streaming through into the kitchen.

Downstairs WC

Bedroom One – Ground Floor Double with En-Suite Shower Room. Also with its own set of French doors leading out to the veranda, this bedroom has a double-size bed. The en-suite shower room is very spacious and has a large walk-in electric shower with a rainfall shower.

First Floor Description

Bedroom Two – with En-Suite Shower Room With a four-poster double bed (4ft 6″ wide). The en-suite shower room has a shower (with a step up to the tray), WC.

Bedroom Three. Benefitting from a west-facing view of the back garden, this bedroom has a king-size bed (5ft wide)

Bedroom Four – Bunk Beds for Children. This compact room has full-size bunk beds.

Other Notes

Parking is on the roadside in front of the cottage, beyond the grassed area. There are no parking restrictions but it can be busy during term times with parents dropping off and picking up children at the small village primary school opposite the cottage.
