Outside Description

Outside there is a sun deck from the first floor allowing very convenient access from the kitchen/living areas and a patio area housing the impressive LG outdoor furniture, gas Barbecue and 8 seater picnic table, beyond this is the largely square lawned area with those fabulous sea views.

The back of the house has a very unusual terracing made from local stone and planted with some very colourful plants. On the driveway there is parking for up to 4 cars and very easily accessed from the A30, so no having to navigate the narrow streets of St Ives…..not a pleasant experience any time of year.

Downstairs Description

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area all benefit from the spectacular views, this entire area is Dual aspect, facing east and south respectively and along with the 5 remote controlled veluxes is flooded with natural light

The dining area features a large reclaimed Elm pedestal table with 10 ring back chairs. The living area has 2 four seater Tetrad Sofas.

On the ground floor you will find the second master en suite of equal size to upstairs with super kingsize Harrison spinks bed and mattress. Next door is bedroom 5 or the snug, which offers a convenient space for the little ones to escape adult life, pop on Peppa Pig or play board games. We also have a 3 seater JayBe soafbed that converts into a full double bed .

The remaining 2 bedrooms are of the same size (15m2) and continue the super kingsize.

The utility room houses the all important washing machine and separate dryer. The family bathroom completes the ensemble with a double sized bath

First Floor Description

One of the two master en-suites is located on this first floor level offering a super kingsize bed and mattress handmade by Harrison Spinks, custom built oak full length wardrobe, another velux here and the 7th located in the ensuite.
