Outside Description

The garden of Camellia Grove is very spacious and pretty, with a large patio, lawn area and lovely flower bed around the border. There is an outside dining table and 4 chairs on the patio area. The garden can be accessed from the front of the house through the side gate, through the back gate leading in from the field behind, or of course through the house from the conservatory or kitchen. It is fully enclosed by fencing when the side gate and back gate are kept closed.

Downstairs Description

The living room is at the front of the property with a large north-west facing bay window. The lounge contains two gorgeous two-seater sofas and an additional chair, coffee table and side cabinet.

The lounge flows open-plan in to the spacious dining area, with a stylish table and four chairs.

Patio doors lead from the dining area into a bright and spacious conservatory. Stunning flooring, stylish rattan lounging chairs with a coffee table and views looking out to the gorgeous back garden make this room the perfect spot to kick back and relax with a book and a cup of tea.

There is access to the kitchen from the main hallway and from the conservatory.

Located in the hallway, there is a handy WC with toilet, wash basin and wall mirror situated under the stairs.

First Floor Description

The family bathroom at Camellia Grove is beautifully decorated with striking pastel pink tiling and bold black fixtures and fittings. There is a shower over the deep bath with a rainfall shower head

The main bedroom contains a king size bed (5ft wide)

The second bedroom at Camellia Grove can either be set with full size twin single beds (3 ft wide) or can be converted into a luxury super king size bed (6ft wide)

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved, small or medium sized dogs (no bigger than a Labrador size) are welcome at Camellia Grove for a small fee of £20 per dog.
