Outside Description

There is a private lawn in front of Bratton Mill Cottage, bordered on one side by the stream. The garden is available for guests’ sole use, however please note that it is not enclosed. There is also outside table and chairs provided so you can make the most of this stunning location.

Downstairs Description

Entrance to the property is via a large lobby with washing machine and dryer pulley, freezer and with plenty of room for coats and boots. The rest of the ground floor comprises the fitted kitchen/breakfast room, the sitting room with wood-burner and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A narrow staircase leads from the kitchen area up to the first floor.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (comprised of bath, toilet and hand basin) plus a twin bedded room. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with lovely views over the garden.

Other Notes

Please note, there is no mobile phone reception due to the location of the property, however free wifi is provided. The cottage is tucked away down a meandering private lane, which is shared with two further holiday properties. Each property has it’s own parking area and gardens, but they are not enclosed.
