The rear garden can be accessed via the conservatory, living room or utility room.

Two rear Patios are excellent places to rest and relax using our comfortable garden furniture, whilst enjoying being in the garden, having afternoon tea or drink in the evening, or perhaps making use of the barbecue provided.

Downstairs Description

Large and spacious living room with TV/DVD and access to patio. In a locally made dresser you will find an up to date folder with comprehensive information on local events, facilities and places of interest together with a collection of books about Singleton, Chichester and West Sussex, including local history and wildlife, current guides and board games.

Kitchen/diner with new oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer. Small conservatory to patio with comfortable chairs and garden furniture. Access to hall from front porch. Shower room/WC with good quality Triton electric shower. Broadband with latest BT hub.

First Floor Description

Large family room with King Size bed, day/childs bed and collapsible cot, and en suite shower room/WC with Aquilisia power shower. Bedroom 2 with double bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is smaller but accommodates a double bed and built in wardrobe within less space. Family bathroom with Trevi boost shower over large bath, built in unit and WC. All bedlinen, good quality duvets, comfortable pillows and additional covers are provided with bedside tables and lamps in all rooms.

Windows Views Description

Breathtaking views of the Levin Down Nature Reserve and surrounding hills on three sides. Within Singleton Conservation area with many C17th and C18th Sussex flint 'Listed Buildings', a 500 year church with Village hall opposite and nearby wildlife meadow hat was a graveyard entered though a very old Lych Gate.

Other Notes

Please note there is a step to negotiate when entering via the front porch, and when accessing the rear garden from the back door or conservatory with a step down from the raised patio where care needs to be taken. The river bank is planted with shrubs and plants and there is a boundary wall to the village road; but the river boundary is unfenced and the drive is not gated and children will need to be supervised when playing in the garden.

Towels are provided for use within the cottage but please bring your own towels for swimming or use at the beach.
