Outside Description

To the front of the cottage is a private lawned garden and gravelled driveway. Once the entrance gate (farm style gate) is closed, the front garden area is enclosed. To the rear there is a large gravelled and stone-paved patio garden with a table and chairs and bordered by potted shrubs. This is fully enclosed by 5ft fencing.

Downstairs Description

The large lounge is very comfortable, with a super-sized leather corner sofa, contemporary real flame gas fire. A large full length window overlooks the south-facing patio garden.

The hi-spec kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in a luxury holiday cottage. French windows set into original hemmel arches with plantation shutters leading to the south-facing furnished patio garden. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area, overlooking the pretty, south-facing patio garden.

The spacious dining area is open plan to the kitchen and has the benefit of 2 sets of French windows opening out onto the pretty patio garden. The beautiful dining table and 6 chairs provide a lovely place to dine at any time of the day or evening.

Accessed from the hallway, with a WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor Description

A beautifully decorated and furnished room with a super-king-size bed (6ft wide). Flat-screen TV on the wall and plenty of storage space. Countryside and coastal view. The en-suite shower room is fully tiled in luxury Travertine marble tiles, has a walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 An equally attractive and comfortable bedroom, with a super-king-size bed (6ft wide).

Bedroom 3 An attractive bedroom with 2 full size single beds (3ft wide).

Spacious bathroom, fully tiled in luxury Travertine marble. Spacious shower cubicle with mains shower.

Other Notes

Wi-fi is provided however it cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party, so it may go down at times or the speed not be as fast as you may be used to at home, which is outside of the cottage owner’s control. If wi-fi is essential for you we recommend you bring your own mobile dongle.

A care bond of £200 is required when booking Brada House.
