Outside Description

There is a large private garden to the rear of the property, ideal for dining outside (table with 6 chairs provided) and lovely views in every direction. A gas BBQ is available during the summer months. The garden is enclosed but please note is may not be fully dog-proof as one of the walls is quite low.

There is a large grassy area at the front of the property (not enclosed), a couple of chairs on this side of the property is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, listening to the bird song.

Downstairs Description

The ground floor includes a large sitting and dining room with comfortable sofas, a wood burner set in an impressive inglenook fireplace, and views across the village green. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped, with a breakfast table and a walk-in pantry for extra storage

First Floor Description

Upstairs, there are three cosy bedrooms, each with lovely views over Exmoor or towards the coast, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, and second bathroom with claw-foot roll-top bath.
