Outside Description

Bob’s Beach House has fantastic outdoor space, with a large wrap-around, enclosed, lawned rear garden. The garden has a large wooden garden table with matching chairs, great for al fresco dining. From the rear garden, guests can access a beach which leads directly through the dunes and onto Beadnell Bay. The property also boasts a large balcony, with a table and seating for up to six guests. There is also ‘bubble’ seating for two guests, with a matching table, perfect for enjoying a glass of bubbly whilst watching the sunset.

Downstairs Description

Located upstairs, the kitchen provides a contemporary space to prepare and cook meals, with a range of appliances sure to make this a smooth experience. These include an integrated oven and microwave, 4-ring induction hob and an integrated BOSCH washing machine.

The open-plan social lounge/dining area benefits from supreme balcony views across to the Cheviot Hills. Two matching sofas offer comfortable seating for six, and the 48″ Smart TV offers a great source of entertainment with full use of the house Netflix account.
