The garden area (not enclosed) surrounds the property, and includes outside furniture and a firepit BBQ (guests to bring their own logs, charcoal for the BBQ)

Downstairs Description

The kitchen area compact yet well-equipped and includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, instant boiling water tap, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, cafetière, variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

There is a dining table with seating for 4 between the kitchen and living areas.

The living area has a television with Freesat, and wifi is available throughout the property at no extra cost.

Both bedrooms have storage and hanging space and USB charge points. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring outdoor/beach towels if you wish to take them with you on day trips.

Bring Your Horse: Stabling for up to 2 horses is available to the rear of the property. Stables are charged at £15 per horse per night.
